Tradeshift is pleased to announce that, starting today (December 12, 2022), the Ticket Creation process changes for all users. Creating a ticket with Customer Support is suggested when encountering technical issues while using the platform.
The design of the new Ticket Creation process has a central focus on self-service materials and user experience while gathering information from the requestor, which enables Customer Support to resolve the issue faster. The number of steps and clicks have been trimmed down and each field has a hint to guide the user on how to fill in the form.
