All data and information you provide to us is encrypted at rest using industry encryption standards. The Tradeshift Platform, used by organizations outside of China, is primarily hosted across multiple physical locations of AWS’s Ireland region, although integrated services may be hosted in other countries. Tradeshift will undertake to set out, maintain and enforce an Information System security policy based on the ISO 27001 standard. Data retention on the platform is for the duration of the contract, for paying customers, unless specified otherwise.
