Define Marketplace fee discounts
Marketplace fees can play a significant role in a seller’s adoption of the marketplace. As a marketplace operator, you are now able to define discounting rules for your sellers, where they could pay lesser fees for a negotiated period.
With the Marketplace Manager app, you can now: Create and schedule fee discount rules for a given seller member of your marketplace or for the sellers transacting with a specific buyer Delete and disable an existing fee discount rule The marketplace fee service determines the applicable discounting rule and applies it when the transaction fee amount is calculated. The transactions table in the marketplace fee dashboard displays the applied fee discounts. Sellers are also able to see the fee discounts rules in their specific app. Tradeshift App: Marketplace Manager Audience: Sellers, Marketplace Operators End Users: Marketplace operators, Sellers Availability: Available now, configuration required.
